We want you to be involved in every step of the design process before you place the perfect ring on her finger. Sit down with our designer, Sarah Beth, to create the ring you have always dreamed of. Then Braeden, our diamond specialist, will help you choose your gorgeous diamond. Pick out every aspect from the cut, color and clarity of the diamond to the accent scrolls on the ring. We will gladly create a mounting for a diamond or gemstone you already have as well.
Bring us a rough sketch or picture of a design that you like, and we will work to customize it to your exact specifications. Our state of the art 3D CAD program will allow Sarah Beth to show you an image of what the ring will look like before making a prototype model. Then from there, it will be cast in the metal of your choice. Finally the diamonds will be set and the ring will be polished and placed in a box so you can get down on one knee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Custom designs for engagement rings typically take about three weeks. If we are incorporating existing or inherited materials into your new design, the process can take closer to six weeks.
Of course! We love incorporating heirloom diamonds or pieces that have been previously loved and being able to bring new life to them. We will need to dismount the stones to measure them before creating the CAD design. The leftover mountings can be returned to you or they can be recycled for gold credit toward your design charges.
Costs can vary widely depending on materials and design complexity. Just because it's custom, does not mean it's more expensive though! It's important to communicate your budget with us beforehand so that we can design and source materials that fit within your price range.
If you can give us an idea, our designer can make it happen. Many customers draw inspiration from ring styles that we have on display in our showroom. Others share styles with us they have have saved from pictures on social media. We can combine aspects from multiple styles to create something completely unique to you and the recipient of the custom ring.
Most custom designs can be broken into two or three installments. The first payment is due when the design has been approved and your center diamond has been sourced and selected. The ring must be paid in full before it can leave our store.
We love to see our designs once a month so that we can clean and inspect them. Just stop by the store any time that is convenient for you so that we can keep it sparkling!
